• What is the Call of the Beast Anniversary Edition?

  The Call of the Beast Anniversary Edition is a special three-week community event for Dying Light: The Beast. It features weekly Global Goals, exclusive rewards, and a unique system where the community's playstyle during the week dictates special gameplay modifiers over the weekend.
• Who can participate and how much does it cost?

  The event is 100% free for all players who own Dying Light: The Beast.
• When does the event start and end?

  The event runs for three weeks, kicking off on September 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM CEST and ending on October 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM CEST.

  Here is the complete weekly breakdown:
  - Week 1: Sept. 21 (2:00 PM CEST) – Sept. 28 (2:00 PM CEST)
  - Week 2: Sept. 28 (2:00 PM CEST) – Oct. 5 (2:00 PM CEST)
  - Week 3: Oct. 5 (2:00 PM CEST) – Oct. 12 (2:00 PM CEST)
• How do I participate in the Global Goals?

  All you need to do is play the game! Every kill you get counts toward the Global Goal for that week. You don't have to play every single day, but we highly recommend playing as much as possible to help the community reach the target. Even if you only play a little bit, your kills will be counted, making you eligible for the rewards.
• How do I redeem my rewards?

  To claim your rewards you must have an active Dying Light Outpost account that is synced to your Dying Light: The Beast copy of the game.
• When can I claim my rewards?

  If the community successfully achieves the Global Goal, rewards become available to redeem at the Dying Light Outpost every Monday at 2:00 PM CEST (exactly when the next week's goal begins).

  Note: Even if the community crushes the Global Goal early in the week, the reward will not unlock early. It will always become available on the following Monday at 2:00 PM CEST.
• What if I forget to claim my reward on Monday?

  Don't worry! You don't have to claim your rewards immediately. All earned rewards can be redeemed at the Dying Light Outpost at any time during the event, with a final cutoff date of October 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM CEST.
• How do weekday playstyle choices affect the weekend?

  During the weekdays (Monday 2:00 PM CEST to Friday 2:00 PM CEST), you have a secondary objective alongside the Global Goal. Players will be presented with a choice between two specific weapons or playstyles.

  Every kill you get with your chosen option acts as a "vote." The weapon/playstyle the community uses the most during the week will dictate the special gameplay modifiers for the upcoming weekend.
• What are the weekend modifiers?

  The winning playstyle will trigger two specific modifiers for the weekend: one good modifier and one bad modifier. Once the weekend begins these modifiers are locked in based on the community's kill count and cannot be changed.
• When do the weekend modifiers take effect?

  Weekend modifiers are active from Fridays at 2:00 PM CEST until Mondays at 2:00 PM CEST.

  - Weekend 2: Oct. 2 (2:00 PM CEST) – Oct. 5 (2:00 PM CEST)

• Where can I see the active modifiers for the week and weekend?

  You will always be able to check the current modifiers, weapon choices, and active weekend modifiers on the Dying Light Outpost Call of the Beast landing page, as well as directly through the in-game UI.

Crane’s Anniversary Drops

• How do I participate in Crane’s Anniversary Drops?

  To participate and claim rewards you must have an active Dying Light Outpost account linked to your copy of the game.
• What is the event schedule?

  Event Duration: September 21 at 2:00 PM CEST – October 11 at 12:00 PM CEST

  Reward Claim Deadline: October 19 at 2:00 PM CEST.
• How do I unlock and claim daily rewards?

  One new reward unlocks every day during the event. To unlock a daily reward:

  • Log into Dying Light: The Beast and play.
  • Visit the Crane’s Anniversary Drops landing page on the Dying Light: The Beast 1st Anniversary website.
  • Click the claim button for that day's reward.
• When will a new day reward be redeemable?

  Each day is counted, from 00:00 to 00:00 CEST.
• What happens if I miss a day?

  If you forget to claim a reward on the day it unlocks you can catch up at any time before October 19 at 2:00 PM CEST. After this deadline unclaimed rewards will be permanently unavailable.
• What types of rewards are available?

  - In-Game Items: Exclusive items sent directly to your in-game inventory.

  - Digital Downloads and Others: For example files you can download directly to your PC.
• How do I receive my in-game items?

  After clicking Claim wait a few moments for the system to process the request. Make sure you have enough free inventory space in your game then log in to verify your items have arrived.
• Can I trade sell or claim rewards multiple times?

  No. Every reward can only be claimed once per account. Rewards – especially in-game items – are non-transferable and cannot be traded or sold to other players.
